All items are made or packaged with love. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. During holidays or high-volume seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Shipping times vary depending on the method selected at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package's journey.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.
If your package is delayed, please contact the carrier directly for the most accurate updates.
If it shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking with neighbors, family members, or your local post office.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
